1. Information on this Site
The Site gives general information about our roofing services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a final price. The scope, price, and timeline of any work are set only after an inspection, in a written proposal or contract. We work to keep the Site accurate, but mistakes happen, and we may change the services and information on the Site at any time.
2. Free estimates
Free estimates are for homeowners only. They are not intended for contractors, realtors, or other trade professionals.
3. Your roofing contract comes first
These Terms cover the Site only. They do not change or replace any written agreement between you and Roofing Brigade. If you hire us, your signed contract governs the work, including its price, schedule, and warranties.
4. Storm damage and insurance information
Roofing Brigade is a roofing contractor. Information on the Site about storm damage and insurance claims is general information, not insurance or legal advice. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers.
5. Text messages
Text messages from Roofing Brigade are covered by our SMS Terms at roofingbrigade.com/sms-terms. Agreeing to texts is optional and never required to request an inspection or hire us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
6. Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at roofingbrigade.com/privacy-policy.
7. Our content
The text, photos, graphics, logos, and design on the Site belong to Roofing Brigade or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.
8. Using the Site
Please do not use the Site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works or its security, use automated tools to copy its content or data, or submit false information through our forms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
