Text Message (SMS) Terms

These terms cover text messages from Roofing Brigade LLC (“Roofing Brigade,” “we,” or “us”). By agreeing to receive our texts, you accept these terms.

 

1. What we text you about

Roofing Brigade texts homeowners who ask us to. If you agree to texts on our inspection request form, we text you about your inquiry, follow-up messages about your estimate, and appointment reminders. If you hire us and agree to texts in your agreement with us, we also text you updates on your project, such as scheduling, crew arrival, progress, and completion.

 

2. How you join

You join by checking the text message box on the inspection request form at roofingbrigade.com, or the text message box in your signed agreement with us. Agreeing to texts is optional. It is never required to request an inspection or to hire us. By joining, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provided.

 

3. How often we text

Message frequency varies with your project. You will hear from us most around your inspection and installation dates.

 

4. Cost

Roofing Brigade does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.

 

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any text from us. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or simply tell us by phone or email that you no longer want texts. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment or your project. We will reach you by phone or email instead.

7. How messages are sent

Our texts may be sent using automated technology. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

8. Your privacy

We do not share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or text message consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy at roofingbrigade.com/privacy-policy.

 

9. Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
