Roofing Brigade LLC (“Roofing Brigade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) treats your information the way we treat your home: with care. This policy explains what we collect when you visit roofingbrigade.com, request an inspection, or hire us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version

We collect what we need to inspect your roof, give you a clear estimate, and do the work right.
We do not sell your personal information.
We never share your phone number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, street address, and ZIP code.
Project details: the service you need and anything you tell us through our website form, by phone, by text, or by email.
Insurance claim details, if you ask us to help with a claim: your insurance company, claim number, adjuster contact information, date of loss, and documents you choose to share with us.
Your text message choice: whether you agreed to receive texts from us, with the date and time you made that choice.

Information we gather while working on your home

Photos and measurements of your roof and the exterior of your home, taken during inspections and throughout your project.
Aerial measurement reports ordered using your property address.
Phone calls. Calls with Roofing Brigade may be recorded, and some calls may be answered or placed by an AI assistant working on our behalf.

Information collected automatically on our website

Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website that sent you to us.
Campaign information: if you reach our site through an online ad or a tracked link, the tags in that link (such as the ad campaign name or a Google click ID) are recorded with your inspection request so we know which advertising works.
Cookies: small files stored by your browser. See section 6.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your request, schedule your inspection, and prepare your estimate.
To perform, document, and stand behind the work we do on your home.
To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, appointments, and project.
To help with your insurance claim, when you ask us to.
To review recorded calls for quality and training.
To understand how visitors use our website and which advertising brings them to us.
To protect our website and business from spam, fraud, and misuse.
To keep the business, tax, and legal records the law requires.

3. Text messages

If you check the text message box on our inspection request form, you agree to receive texts from Roofing Brigade about your inquiry, follow-up messages about your estimate, and appointment reminders. If you hire us, your agreement with us will ask whether you would also like project updates by text. Agreeing to texts is never required to request an inspection or hire us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms at roofingbrigade.com/sms-terms.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or text message consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every type of sharing described in section 4. The only companies that handle your mobile number are the service providers that deliver our messages and calls for us.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only as described here:

Service providers who work for us, such as our website host, customer management and scheduling software, texting and phone services (including AI call assistants), email, photo documentation, aerial measurement, and accounting providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to Roofing Brigade.
Installation crews and subcontractors who work on your home receive the details they need to do the job: your name, address, phone number, and project details.
Your insurance company and its adjuster, only when you ask us to help with your claim, and only the inspection findings, photos, and project information that the claim requires.
Shingle manufacturers, to register the manufacturer warranty on your new roof.
Government offices, when a permit or inspection is required for your project.
Legal and safety reasons: when the law, a subpoena, or a court order requires it, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
A business transfer: if Roofing Brigade is ever sold or merged, your information would transfer with the business and remain protected by this policy.

5. How we protect your information

Our website encrypts information sent through our forms, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a security breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as Texas law requires.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some parts of the site may not work fully without cookies.

When we advertise online, our advertising partners, such as Google and Meta (the owner of Facebook and Instagram), may use cookies and similar tools to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited our site. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, honor the warranties on your roof, and meet our legal, tax, and insurance record obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

8. Your choices

See, correct, or delete your information. Contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, or records tied to an active project or warranty.
Stop text messages by replying STOP to any text from us.
Stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.
Stop calls by telling us during any call, or by calling or emailing us.

We will never treat you differently for using any of these choices.

9. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as manufacturer or review sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If we ever make a change that affects how we use information you already gave us, we will ask for your permission first where the law requires it.
